At Trust Early Learners, we recognize that educators of young children are critical to students’ future academic preparedness and should be well respected, supported, and paid in line with those teaching at high levels of education and other industries.
Trust Early Learners follows a program model, called IntendED, based on enhanced play experiences for children. All educators who join Trust Early Learners will be trained in the IntendED method of teaching. Additional opportunities for Trust Early Learners’ professional staff include training and mentoring other educators at sites where IntendED is being utilized. As well, our educators have the opportunity to attend conferences both to showcase their skills and to obtain new ones.
