Ken has practiced labor and employment law for more than 40 years, serving as primary counsel for companies throughout the United States.  His clients cut across a broad swath of industries, including education, life sciences, high tech, hospitality, health care, consulting, manufacturing and retail. Ken regularly acts as lead trial counsel in defending employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-hour and overtime, wrongful discharge, whistleblowing, and other employment-related lawsuits, as well as in litigating non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality disputes.

Ken is also on the board of the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra, and serves as a Trustee to Hebrew Senior Life.
