Kruti Avadhani — Educator
Kruti has had a passion for early education and working with children for more than 20 years. At the age of 12, she started volunteering as a child care assistant at her mother’s family child care. Kruti was very agile and was not only able to take care of the children but was also able to focus on true development to help kids excel. After years of benevolent work, Kruti became a lead teacher and assumed the full ownership of the Little Kingdom Day Care, in 2016. This endeavor helped Kruti cultivate both extensive educational routines and strong administrative expertise. While managing Little Kingdom Day Care, Kruti acquired several certifications in early education and child safety. What makes Kruti’s experience even more remarkable and unique is her close involvement in Triveni School of Dance. Kruti passed her Arangetram at the age of 17 and has since been teaching classed of all ages – from 3 years old to adults. Expertise obtained at Triveni helped Kruti see the big picture on education. Kruti relocated from Hyderabad, India at the age of 11 with her family, attended middle and high school in Brookline, completed her bachelor’s degree in Biology, and made Dean’s list at Regis College. Kruti considers herself a Brookline native which adds even more passion for her work at TEL.
